A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your entire stay is required to guarantee each    reservation.
Deposits can be made either by Cheque or valid Credit Card.

Our regular office hours are from 9am- 6pm, although this can vary depending    upon the season.
You can also contact us by E-mail , we will respond to your letter, and send you    information about any specific dates, or events you are interested in.
Please note that response time to E-mails will not be immediate as we do not    monitor    E-mail at all times.
Refunds are made only if cancelled dates can be filled.
Refunds are payable by cheque less a $20.00 cancellation fee.
Reservations will not be held for guests failing to check in on specified arrival date.
Guests choosing to leave prior to departure date specified on request of deposit will    be charged a penalty at the discretion of the management.
Depending on the season, this penalty could amount to the total sum of nights    booked.
Upon receiving your receipt of deposit, please read it over carefully to insure that    all information is correct.
